I am an experienced Project and Programme Consultant with a track record of delivering high-stakes engagements in cybersecurity, technology, and regulated environments. I work with organisations that need senior PM capability without the overhead of a permanent hire — stepping in as a trusted, embedded delivery lead.
My approach is direct: define the scope, align the stakeholders, manage the risk, and deliver. I bring structure to complexity and pace to programmes that have stalled.

Diagnosing scope drift, schedule risk, and delivery failure — then restabilising teams and timelines to get programmes back on track.
Leading organisational and technology change at scale, with a focus on embedding lasting capability rather than one-time deliveries.
Flexible fractional or interim engagements giving organisations access to senior PM expertise on a part-time or fixed-term basis.

Contractual Assignments
Contract assignments covering capacity gaps or critical delivery windows. Full accountability, full presence for the duration of the engagement.
Project/Programme Rescue
Brought in to stabilise a programme in distress. I conduct a rapid diagnostic, reset the baseline, and lead the team through to a controlled delivery.
Fractional PM
Embedded part-time as your senior delivery lead — typically 2–3 days per week. I own the programme, chair the governance, and report directly to your leadership team.
Experience highlights
Engaged as consultant PM at one of the UK's leading ATM operators, a subsidiary of Brink's — the global security and logistics company. Providing senior project management leadership across operational and technology programmes within a regulated, security-critical environment.
Led a £8.5m programme to enhance the organisation's security posture across multiple workstreams: Privileged Access Management (PAM), asset management, network access controls, network segmentation, vulnerability management, and shadow IT. Secure-by-design frameworks and ISO/IEC 27001 alignment embedded throughout.
Delivered a $7m technology programme spanning data encryption, secure erasure from decommissioned devices, firewall administration and traffic filtering, vendor management, cabling and patch implementation, comms rooms, end user device deployment, and enterprise-wide Microsoft Meeting AV solutions.
Development of project plans, LIMS managed system configuration, installation and commissioning of complex clinical systems.
Implementation of complex clinical applications, WiFi infrastructure, network security (VPN, WAN, wireless networking), application integration, RAID log management, UAT coordination, budgeting, and process improvement.
Programme and project support including minute taking, RAID log tracking, business case development with stakeholder input, and cost reconciliation.
Requirements analysis, business analysis, and delivery coordination across technology programmes.
